Natural family planning is a form of birth control that doesn’t involve pills or devices.

calendar rhythm method, a woman must first monitor the length of her menstrual cycle for six months. โ€ฆ The calculator must be updated at each menstrual cycle, and the most recent six cycles should always be used to work out the fertile period of the current menstrual cycle.

Effectiveness, however, is not very clear.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝJadelle is a contraceptive implant, used to prevent pregnancy. Contraceptive implants such as Jadelle are for long term (up to five years) use. The implants contain a synthetic hormone, levonorgestrel, which is also one of the active ingredients used in many oral contraceptives
